Disappointed – La Quinta Returns Review

My husband was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in July of 2104. We were told MDAnderson in Houston was the place to go for a second opinion. We fell in love with the care they have giving us. We have stayed in our camper a few times. It was easier to stay in a hotel. Laquinta was our first choice since my husband also stayed in a Laquinta for work occasionally. He now has to have surgery. It is the same weekend as Super Bowl weekend. Even though I can produce hospital and doctor appointments verifications, the normal rate would not apply. We would have to pay over $500.00 a night. At this moment I could care less about the Super Bowl. I have called Laquinta and the employees have been super nice and helpful to get us as close as they could without the price increase. I know it is not their fault, they are doing what they are required to do. It is disappointing not to stay close and where it is familiar to us.
