Works but Could Better

Two major flaws: 1) You can't stay logged in and that's very annoying.' 2) Should be a my reservations area preferably on the home screen.

I hate having to log in every time! Please fix this! Nobody should have to hunt around for their member I'd every time they want to check their reservations or make a new one.

As in earlier reviews, I am also annoyed at having to enter all of my login details each time. Another big no-no is to only show 60 days worth of reservations. ("between 30-days in the past and 30-days in the future") without alerting us to that fact. When I want to see all of my upcoming reservations, I want to see ALL of them.
Love the hotels ... Hate the app

This app is simply terrible when compared to Marriott or Hilton. The functionality is archaic and poorly planned. You are better off using the website for everything. Love the hotels though.

I downloaded this today to use this summer on my vacation. It's easier to use an app to show my reservation information when needed. First off, I despise logging in EACH AND EVERY TIME I ACCESS THE APP. Secondly, this app isn't showing my reservation. However, when I click on the button to go to the "Full website" I log in yet again and voila! There's my reservation. I could use my mobile search engine to do this so remind me why I need this app. Epic fail LQ!

Pain to log in (it doesn't remember your info and you can't log in with Touch ID) and then once I log in my reservation isn't even there, but it is on the website. Fix the app. It's currently useless.

I downloaded the app while planning our summer vacation road trip on my IPad and iPhone. I was unable to see all the bookings that I made on both devices. I send a support requests and the response said that you can only see the bookings that you make on that particular device. So the bookings I made from their website would not show nor would they interchange from iPhone to iPad. This is a really stupid idea, so unless you use only one device, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!
