Amazingly bad app

I defy anyone to actually make a reservation with this app. You can find the hotels but if you actually try to reserve one of them you get a error code saying that you have not given your reservation a name. If La Quinta paid for someone to write this out for them they need their money back. This is an embarrassment to the company. It kind of makes you wonder that if they can't even have a decent Internet presence this is really the hotel that you want to stay at.

Love your hotels hate your app, it never does what you want it to. Constantly freezes or just doesn't find what you are looking for. Luckily your hotels are great or I would go to another chain being that I travel frequently.

This is probably the most worthless app I have ever seen. You need to read all the reviews and do something to rectify the situation. The drop-down boxes don't work, the link to take you to the web version does not work and I could go on and on. If you want people to be loyal to your hotel chain, you might want to invest a little money and come into the 21st-century.

This app will frustrate you to no end!! Just go online and you will have success doing everything the app claims to do, but miserably fails to deliver. But, I like staying at their suites and inns.

This maybe ok if you know where your going and staying. It just doesn't work for looking at a map and finding a hotel. I like the hotel, it gets five stars

I haven't had any issue making reservations,but I see two major problems with this app. First off I should not have to log in every time I open the app, other hotel chains save the log in info so everything is right there when I open the app. The second problem I have is the fact that I can not see reservations that have been made in the app. There should be a current reservations section in the app.

Good lord, it's almost 2016, can we get a static login option. Having to login all the time kills the whole convenience of the app.

Can not do what you need to do. Why have the appt, for I phone. Not everyone is at their computer. Let's get it fixed. It use to work. Come on LaQuinta.
