Where the Manual/instructions?

There’s some things I wish to do and can’t, perhaps in the future. I’m really frustrated at the moment because of the lack of a manual or any instructions. OK, You’re suppose to be able to sync to Icloud or Dropbox but I don’t know how and when I try to use Icloud the button keeps turning itself off. What do I do? I figured out the sync using Dropbox. Not easy without a manual but I managed to get 2 Iphones and 3 computers to sync passwords. The forum helped a lot. Took me half a day. I don’t know about the support. 3 days now and I still haven’t been approved in the forum thats run by the developers. I understand the company is in Europe. Perhaps their on holiday for a month (last line is supposed to be a joke) Get it together guys. You talked me into purchasing the applications, now support them (osx & ios) All in all, if you used KeyPass and have a database the Iphone and OSX app works fine and syncs. Dan

Looks like it would work if they let you use existing cloud stored kdbx files and keys

Looks like it would work, but it is useless to me now because it does not let you use existing kdbx files or keys that you may have stored in the cloud to share among your devices. This was the main reason I paid money as other applications did not seem to have this capability. In actuality in the present it seems to only allow you to save new ones to the cloud not retrieve existing ones. Devs please fix and add feature!

This app is absolute trash

The screen scrolls down the moment I try to type anything in the fields of new entry creation. Also the password field doesn’t have password generator button. How do you expect me to generate password? Why complicate things? Worst experience till now from any app.

I think these 1 star negative reviews are hogwash; probably coming from LastPass trolls. The latest version is working great on my iPhone 8 and Dropbox. No problems have been experienced and it seems to initially load the database quicker than did the last version although I can’t say for sure.

Cloud sync does not work

The up does what it should do and does it well. Unfortunately, cloud sync options are useless. The only way to use cloud is to create!!! New database on iCloud or any other provider. There is no option to open this database if lets say you need to reinstall the app. Also I do not believe that sync of local database works. There is no option to force sync or do it on schedule. It does not do it automatically neither.....

This app crashes upon trying to open an entry. I tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. Frustrating for a $6 app.

Keeps saying password incorrect. My password is not incorrect. The app is incorrect. Unusable. Other reviewers have said the same.

I have been using KeePass software for years on many platforms and was looking for an integrated program for my new iPhone. After trying several, I pulled the trigger on KyPass because of the integration into iOS as well as using and syncing cloud storage. It is really easy to set it up to read different cloud drives/programs and I am using Google Drive. It reads and integrates well into Safari as well as apps. So far I have not had any problems except for changing my Apple ID password (you have to copy and paste in the “re-type...” box). It also lets you use touch/FaceID or pin to keep you from retyping your password (if you want that). Great integration! My only critique on an great product is password generation during real time use. They just need to add an add/new entry feature. If you want to create a new entry, you have to exit the app/Safari, create it in KyPass and then go back to the app/Safari to select it. It is not a problem for me, but that is the only thing I can critique. I highly recommend this product. Best for iOS by far!

Can’t use in safari

Safari never fills in. On any site. It doesn’t fill in in apps. Tried with other password managers, one worked and other didn’t so. It sure if it’s optimization problem. It’s also very slow, don’t know how to speed up, it’s holding me back extra 5-10 seconds every time i try to auto fill with it
