Works great. Never had any problems. Only one thing I wish it did which it doesn't: Allow reordering of password groups and remembering expanded groups. Other than that, I have no complaints and the price (no subscription!) is perfect,too. Highly recommend.

Used to work, but now crashes

I have an ipad pro 3rd gen, running the latest version of KyPass, which used to work great, but now just crashes... I would avoid until issue is fixed.

Great Password Program

I have been using this app for years now. I love that it is something I can share with my husband for personal accounts and it also works on my server for my office staff to share. We have multiple sites that multiple people need access to with the same login credentials pending on the department. The only down fall right now is that the app on my phone is not working correctly when you have the phone in certain orientations. I have to turn my phone sideways a lot just to get some of the buttons to work. The buttons are overlapping when in the portrait orientation. I really hope they fix that bug soon. If that was fixed I would give it 5 stars.

Allows access without master password

You can set a pin that allows access to the KeePass database without having to enter the master KeePass password each time the app is started. That means the app is storing the master password on the phone. This gives me zero trust in the app.

Has every feature I can imagine

Fingerprint access, seamless bidirectional sync for numerous cloud providers, great 2FA/one time password (TOTP) support, excellent tag support. Who could ask for more? Been using daily for years, and it’s never crashed once. The negative reviews may be trolls.

TOTP not working

TOTP dos not work properly. Fields configured as TOTP Seed and TOTP settings in keepassxc show up as text fields and not proper timed totp. Even after I create a new entry wirh now default name for otp as otp, the generated code does not match the one in keepassxc. Maybe developer can fix it? I tried with other app - strongbox - and that seems to be working fine.

Forced to pay for an upgrade to maintain features

I wonder how much longer this version will be supported before I’ll be forced to shell out yet again for version 5. If there were better alternatives, I’d have switched to them by now.

This app used to be functional but has fallen apart. Download from web doesn’t work (nothing happens when you fill in the url and press return) and the ssh functionality crashes.

Corrupted my keepass database when I added a single new entry

KyPass corrupted my database by not accessing the latest Google Drive copy of my keepass database when adding a new entry. This wiped out several recently added entries. I can't trust this program to write to the databases. I'm only going to use it to read databases only (to prevent this kind of corruption).
