The app is very hard to use if you are in store and see something marked down with app coupon. I did find it easier ordering for curbside pickup.
Great app but out of stock often on a lot of my favorites

I’m in the Florida region so we can only shop with kroger delivery. I’ve been using the service for a few months and it was amazing at first. The past few weeks, many of my commonly shopped items have been out of stock every time I check the app. Once Kroger can get the inventory properly tweaked for the Florida region, it will be 5 stars. Quality and prices are great, but I pay for the delivery service so that I don’t have to go to the store, and when they’re out of the items I need, I have no other choice.

The mobile order process has provided me with a convenience factor that I didn’t know I needed until I started using it two weeks ago. The ease of use and convenience has helped me save an hour a week dedicated to grocery shopping.
Crashes often

Has started to crash and freezing frequently. Would also be great if fuel points rolled over or could be gifted to someone else. At the end of the month so many points are lost. We are in a pandemic and it would help others a lot to save where they can on fuel since they're not working.

We have been using the app and pick up since the start of the pandemic. It has been amazing and the app is so easy. I love being able to push a button when I leave my house to say I’m on the way. When I get there I just hit another button and bam I’m being helped first. Saves so much time and I save money since I not making a bunch of in the moment purchases. I’ve also used the app and the Kroger pick up in 2 different states other than my home Kroger. It is so convenient to be able to immediately find the closes Kroger to where we are staying and do a fast pick up order. I’m probably never going into a grocery store again.
