Are use this app all the time. Ever since the latest iOS release from my iPhone I have not been able to get this calls app to open one single time. It will open for a split second and then disappears! Please fix this now!!!!!!!!!

I’ve used the app successfully for years now with minor problems here and there. Recently I can’t even get the app to stay open for longer than 2 seconds on my IPhone XS max. If I click to open the app, it starts loading and when it looks like it’s open, it force closes before I can touch the screen again. I had been able to get it to open after 3 or 4 attempts in the last month but haven’t been able to get it to stay open after 10 or more attempts the last few days. Not sure what’s going on. I have the latest iOS install. No problems with any other iOS apps force closing.

I've deleted and reinstalled the app more then 7 times over the last few months and it still doesn't work. Then I try to go online and use the site instead and it crashes yet again - it's maddening!!! I'm about to cancel my Kohl's charge and never shop there again!

If I could give this app below a 1-star I would. Every time I try to make a payment, it either freezes up or logs me out. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it on multiple devices with the same result. The customer service people I’ve dealt with are not at all knowledgeable nor helpful. I end up going into the store to pay it. Ridiculous. I’ll pay this off then not shop here anymore.
