Worst app ever

I hate this app. And the website is even worse! Every time I have to log in to make a payment it tells me my password is incorrect. ACTUALLY it didn’t tell me that my password was incorrect, nothing popped up to tell me that what was entered was incorrect until I received an email saying my account was locked for 2 hours... I have all of my passwords saved, but without a doubt this app will always say it is incorrect, and EVERY time I end up changing my password again. Then I have to wait for an email confirmation to reset my account, which also takes forever to receive, sometimes I won’t receive it until the next day, but then that code is expired... It’s come down to that I’m not shopping at Kohl’s at all anymore because I cannot even access to make a payment! I’ve never had so much issues just tying to make a payment, and this app and website has been terrible for years.

This app needs *dare I say it* a complete rewrite. I’ve used applications made from single developers that function better than this app. This app will not allow me to sign in to my credit card nor will it even store the credit card for in-store purchases. It is now 2021 - the need for physical cards in stores should be nonexistent. This app listing also says that it’s compatible with Apple Wallet. That is a total lie as it hasn’t been for years. Why would you get rid of this feature? Having access to my credit card within Apple Wallet is a huge plus especially while shopping at stores during a pandemic nonetheless. I wish developers would take the time to welcome the future and not be complacent in the present.

I have other apps that allow you to check your balance, alerts you that payment is due and then allows you to pay off your balance. This app “says” it has these conveniences but this app, in fact, does NONE of these things. I used my Kohl’s credit card and I would like to know when my payment is due. If I have to call for that info every time I use it, I’m not going to use it. I feel like a sitting duck for late fees. Get it together, Kohl’s. This is ridiculous.

There should be two separate apps. One for shopping. And one for credit card users. The cc logon tool is annoying and tedious. The menus are sloppily arranged and not user friendly. Back button takes the user to the main menu and then won’t allow to log back in without going to the web and forcing logout of other sessions. PLEASE FIX!!!!
