iOS kohls app WILL NOT OPEN! – Kohl's - Shopping & Discounts Review

Are use this app all the time. Ever since the latest iOS release from my iPhone I have not been able to get this calls app to open one single time. It will open for a split second and then disappears! Please fix this now!!!!!!!!!
