What is wrong with this app? Since before the 2021 holiday season it just will not stay open longer than two seconds on my iPhone8. Have tried reinstalling and rebooting several times. The website works but even it is not 100%, tbh. Is it an iPhone thing? Help.

I have tried and tried and the app will not stay open. I have deleted it and reinstalled it. there’s no updates and I still can’t open this app. I have tried going to App support in it just leads me to customer support. I’m very disappointed with Kohl’s and this application and the lack of support. If I can’t get to the application, I can’t shop. Kohl’s is losing money not fixing this issue.

i would be giving zero stars if that was an option. for over a month the app crashes every time i try to open it. i’ve deleted and reinstalled and it makes no difference. all the useful features i used to enjoy about this app are no longer accessible. because NOTHING IS. fix the app and i’ll change my review. it’s been messed up for way too long. unacceptable for such a big cooperate company.

I used to love this app but for over a month every time I try and open the app it crashes. After reading the reviews I’m glad I’m not the only one…. Please FIX YOUR APP!!

Just received these Columbia with tee boots in black. So far I so good. Took them out of the box and the fit perfectly. Wore them around the house. So comfortable and light on my feet. I ordered a size 8 and guy ate true to size.
App Crashes

Every time I click on the Kohl’s app, it bumps me out. Sometimes I have to try multiple times and eventually it works. Today I couldn’t get in at all. I even tried deleting and re-installing the app. Nope! Still doesn’t work. Grrrr.
Disappointed since iOS v15

Since iOS v 15 I’ve had to repeatedly remove and reinstall this app from the AppStore because it refuses to consistently run successfully. Trying to open, it hangs then closes instantly, and is effectively useless so I must resort to use the website instead or ask the clerk to lookup my account at the checkout counter. Please fix the bugs. I prefer to use the app when it works right!

The app attempts to look up location and then promptly crashes. I CANNOT get on the app. New iPhone SE too. Restarted phone, reinstalled. Still crashing.
