Just downloaded the app and when I tried to click on the terms and conditions the app crashes. Tried to reinstall and that did not help at all. Hey that rhymes!

Latest iOS version and clean app install on iPhone 12 Pro Max combination won’t even open the app Without crashing. So can’t give an experience review. Very frustrating when trying to install while standing in the store to use price check only to give up after 5 minutes.
App was good, but now crashes

App was very good, everything in one place including using my card. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. Not sure if there was an update that went awry. Hope it’s fixed soon.

Kohls app and website have been like this for far too long and it is so frustrating to navigate! Half the time you login it doesn’t even work, the page can never load no matter where you are, it is simply outdated and stressful to use. Never downloading again up I see that they are with the times!

App used to be great. Not anymore! The app will not stay open. Closes after 5 seconds. Deleted and reinstalled too. Still crap!

For months I have not been able to open this app. It started out as me having to repeatedly tap the app to open it and after about 5-7 attempts it would open. Mostly it just would show the kohls home page for a very brief moment then close. Now, not even that happens. I’ve had to go to the web page to shop and sometimes that is even glitching. No other apps that I have function like this. It needs to be updated and fixed. It is much easier to shop and pay my account using an app.

The continuously kicks me out. I have uninstalled & reinstalled several times. Search options are also awful. Also, I know that curbside pick up has nothing to do with the app but it take a couple of days before I’m notified that my order is ready.

I have had the Kohl’s app for a number of years and been very satisfied. However in the last couple weeks I have been unable to open the app on my iPhone. I have tried turning off my phone as well as deleting and reloading the app, but I still cannot open it. Very frustrating. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
