Getting better, still no scannable Sooper Card in Wallet

The app is functional. It’s not always easy to use, but it’s getting better. What’s really missing is any way to use your Sooper Card from the app. I can add it, but I can’t scan it in store or from the wallet. I would like one less physical card to carry, and this app ALMOST lets me do that, but falls short.

Up until the latest update I have always consider this to be a five star app; HOWEVER, with the latest update, I no longer have the luxury of logging into my prescription tab will touch ID and have to enter manually which is not convenient when one is out shopping! What happened and why did this feature get removed it’s no longer even in the options to settings? update: June 28, 2018 Touch ID, for the Pharmacy, still does NOT work on my iPhone 6!! And, YES I have the option “checked” in the Pharmacy Settings! It sure was “handy” in the days that it DID work!

Great idea - but my coupons won’t load and the interface doesn’t work well. It keeps saying “technical difficulties” when I try to add coupons and then it clears out the coupons I already added.

This app doesn’t work. Period. It will not open. The previous version worked fine, with the exception of having to log in every time. Now I’ll have to print my coupons. What a waste.

The latest KS app requires iOS10 or higher. Since my phone is older model iPhone 4s that is maxed out at version iOS 9.3.5, I'm shut out of the latest app. Maybe time to find another grocer rather than spend hundreds on a new smart phone that can handle the mighty KS app just to save a few pennies at checkout. Safeway and Sprouts have an app that works with my phone!

I wish there was a way to search for different sizes and related products within an item. For example, of I choose a box of pasta there should be a way to sort and see related products. It’s hard to browse items. For example in the store the salad dressings are all there in front of me and I can try new things. Here I need to know what I’m looking for or it’ll take 15 min to browse all 250 options. Great potential but not there yet.
