Very handy but not necessarily easy to figure out

I use the app every week, however there are two things that I would suggest be corrected: If you order online, you don’t get any fuel points for shopping at King Soopers, in which case, you might as well shop anywhere. The new app looks easier but using the saved lists to shop is confusing and not intuitive.

Need to make it easier to create a regular list. Also need to make the search more useful. Spelling errors make it impossible

The old app was so much better. This one advertises great savings and then takes them away saying you don’t qualify, without offering qualifying items or any explanation. Not worth the time, delivery fees, and aggravation.

Love the service, the shoppers are great. They communicate during their shopping to fill your order properly. I just want a receipt. I find this very inconvenient.

not as easy as the older insta cart app.... also delivery options were better and I likeed the promos for free delivery, also i just spent 85$ said fee would be waveif i spent 75 and it wasn’t ?
Kroger pay doesn’t work at store

I tried to use Kroger Pay from my iOS app and was told they don’t take iOS only android. Completely useless feature.

If it won’t allow me to login and asks me to with each area I try to go too, then it is absolutely useless! I used to love this app but the last few months it’s been completely frustrating.

I can no longer get all the items that are available in the store. For example, mild Rotel won’t come up on the app, but it is sold in the store. It is the safe for Fat Tire brats and a few other items. I’m also having trouble with it logging me in, even after updating, closing out completely, and then resetting my password. Other stores have the same service and reliable apps.
