I like this app. I do wish the app would say “did you mean _____” if you have a typo. Also wish when you’re searching a specific category (produce) and you search something else (eggs) within the wrong category that it would say “nothing found in this category but is this what you’re looking for”

It would be great if I could actually get into the app. It keeps asking me my location which is great but it won’t allow me to select it. I’ve killed the app and have now deleted it twice and it still won’t let me select my location.

This is my favorite store. We were in a strange situation that we could not leave the house and this worked out perfect . Thanks king Soopers!!!
Deletes shipping lists and resets during searches

As much as I love King Soopers, this app is a major frustration. Many times I'll be in the store with the list open shopping and it just fanishes without warning and no way to recover it. I'm then stuck trying to remember what was on it and what had coupons attached. The last time it did that was a couple weeks ago. Just now while looking up an item my search reset twice as I was scrolling through the items that came up. Another problem with the search is that not all items show, which I can understand if it's something new, but even KS brand refill razor blades don't appear, so when we do Quick List, we've got to go inside for those and anything else we need that doesn't appear.
Paying for items not ordered

On most of my orders I have paid for items I did not order. Nor did I receive those items. On my last order I paid for items I ordered and did not receive. On that same order I paid for other items that I had not ordered,As I am physically unable to shop for myself, this presents a problem. At first I told myself it wasn’t so bad to buy my shopper candy bars, yogurts, whatever. But it is adding up, and I especially don’t appreciate paying for items that I need and then not receiving them. Sincerely, Gail Clark

It’s not bad. It doesn’t have the price per unit anywhere really easy to view. The search function also needs work.
Forced on you for coupons

No one wants an app for a grocery store. Your stores have terrible cell service and the coupons almost never load. Just make the coupon price the sales price and kill this app.
