Changes to mobile app makes it easier to find different types of item and the best part is the coupon section now allows you to add right to Clicklist good job!

I have repeatedly tried to delete items that are under the “other category “ and they keep reappearing. I have completely deleted my “list” and started from scratch and they all came back. I use to love this app! I loved being able to load coupons directly to my card but what is happening with these items that won’t go away is really annoying and frustrating.

When I prepared my shopping list at home on my iPad it looked great, even telling my what aisles the items were on. Once I got to the store, my iPhone had the list, but the locations of the items was gone. Halfway through my shopping trip, the whole list just disappeared. Very disappointing results from an app that could have been great!

Possibly A lot of activity going on from the website I am not sure but a lot of glitches were happening from this time of my use on the website. The link up of the website with click list I Felt could have been more user-friendly the updates from the app I felt created frustration as I used it but I will continue to use click list with all that being said.

i just finished creating my order on my computer but was not able to finalize the order for some reason. i thought i lost all of it but it was here on the app. thank you! thank you! thank you! i may just have to start here in the future!

Need to update the latest update

This used to be a great app, but the latest update is frustrating. My main complaint deals with the grocery list function. I can not clear my previous list. I’ve removed all items or removed single items, yet the list will regenerate itself. My current list now has the items from the past two weeks.

Update: What is missing in the Clicklist apps is when clicking on “See more items” under Start My Cart, there is just a long list of items mashed together. The lists used to be broken down into “My Sale Items” and “My Recent Purchases” which I really miss. This is why I now only go to the web site in Safari & shop there. Now with clicklist in the app, I am totally confused in using the app. There does not seem to be any intuitive flow at all. Gets mixed up between the list and the cart. I just go in circles. I am a big fan of clicklist, so will continue to use it on my Mac Safari browser.

I love this service it is so convenient, especially after surgery we I can’t get to the store. They are always very friendly and helpful. Groceries are always ready to go. I use this service about 80% of the time and am so glad it finally came to my town. I was having to go to another city for pickup. I love that I can order and pickup in the same day. The only cons I have are that sometimes I am not crazy with the substitutions that they make of out of an item. Usually my husband picks up and says sure everything is fine. So not really sure that is thief fault. I also could live without the 4.95 fee. The biggest con I have is that sometimes my digital coupons of their specials don’t get added to my order. Hopefully this will be fixed. I would verify your receipt and make sure you were charged correctly.

There are several items on my list that I’m unable to delete. I try deleting them but it either closes my app or they just reappear a few minutes later. I’m never entirely sure which are zombie items and which are the new items I have added.
