Needs Better interaction for delivery

Would love it if their app had better functions when using it for delivery. Since they partner with Instacart, they should allow more functions that are comparable with Instacart’s app. It would also be nice if when using Instacart you could use your rewards cart.

i had to wait around all day for delivery and it never came then they called and cancelled on me and never refunded
Amazing experience

I’m recuperating from major surgery and can’t leave my house, so I took a chance and did the online order and delivery. The shopping and ordering was a breeze and actually relaxing and fun with my feet propped up on the couch. I am scheduled to receive my order in 5 hours! I’ll keep you posted and let you know if I got what I ordered and if it arrives on time!
App is not accessible for blind users anymore

This app does not work with voiceover. When you open the app, you have to click on the image. Images don’t work with speech. Please fix this!

Always a great job. Sometimes they don’t read the special instructions. They never slice the deli meats correctly.

...did I think I’d use a service such as grocery pick up because I love to shop, for anything really!! However, since becoming a mom, I realize how valuable my time is. I just wish they added a tip option. I have to remember to keep cash in my glove box to tip “pickers” for my weekly grocery pick up. This app allow me to add things as they run out or I think of it. Maybe one day I’ll try King’s grocery delivery. Game changer....
