I apologize for this but, I have been trying to talk to a friend through Kik but, the messages are almost always on S and now I can't see his picture. Is there a way this could be resolved? Please help.

So I recently updated the app And the update just made it completely slower and time consuming. My friends would send me a message and I'd be able to answer it quickly Now it takes two minutes at least to type and go back to the main menu. And now that I updated it again, it won't send me the messages I just received!! It's bull. I've been using Kik for years and never has it done this to me. It'd be great if it was fixed up Thanks -

I thought I forgot my password so I sent a link to BOTH of my e-mails to change it and when I do, it says it 'successfully changed' but every single one of the 16 times I tried to log in, it says my password is incorrect. What the heck, kik?! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
