Pictures can't be seen

Whenever I receive a picture or send a picture it can't be viewed. It only displays a box blank. I don't know how can I see the picture. This is horrible

My username is valid & I changed my password but it won't let me login..

Before the update, I would give it 5 stars. It was running smoothly with no problems. Now after the update my kik crashed, it forced me to reset my kik, and now the app won't even come up. I click it, few seconds later it exits. Now I'm stuck without even being able to open the app.

maybe it's just me but with the new update I can't look up web pages!! and sometimes kik is the only thing working on internet and that just slightly ruined it at least for me
