Okay I've been using Kik for over a year and I've never had a problem until now. Since yesterday, every time I try to open the app, the screen is completely white with all of my contacts gone. I can't do anything at all--I'm assuming the app is freezing. And then if I wait long enough, it crashes and sends me back to my home screen. I noticed you guys recently did an update on the app to ensure its "running smoothly" but ever since that update it's been doing nothing but run horribly. I fixed it yesterday by reinstalling the app, but even when I logged back into my account, all my contacts were gone. I had to find my friends again to get them back onto my contact list. I have an iPod 5th gen by the way. I'm assuming it might be important to know in order to locate and fix the issue. Please fix this ASAP. I've love Kik and I have been using it for so long that I'd feel strange to replace it with another texting app. So PLEASE don't let this review go unnoticed! Please fix this!
