Providing Encrypted Security I Need

Bear 8506

I’ve rated “Password Keeper”, five stars for the reason provided. I’ve been using the Password Keeper application for for almost ten years now. They have always provided me with encrypted support. They inform me of sercurity breeches, whenever one of my passwords have been compromised. They let me know, that I need to change it immediately.

Best app I own

This app has saved me more time and frustration than any app I have. Love it.

Kind of bummed

fosisticated

I used Keeper back when I had an Android, but switched to Dashlane when I got an iPhone. Dashlane is clunky and now moving to a web only version of their software so they’re phasing out the desktop app. I came back to Keeper since it was so good to me before. It’s decent so far. Does what it’s supposed to. But it’s missing some very simple things. 1) there are no letters on the right side so you can easily jump to the password you’re trying to find. If you’re looking for a password with the website that starts with the letter S, you have to scroll all the way down to S. Which is very annoying. 2) there’s a financial section but you can only put cards. I want to put my bank accounts and include account number and routing number but I can’t do this. There isn’t even a ‘Notes’ section. 3) about the lack of ‘Notes’: I feel like this is easy to add. Passwords and files shouldn’t be the only important things you want to store. I want to store addresses and other things. 4) the website icons. A lot of the websites (like AirBnb) are missing their icon. 5) please chill on the notifications about security breaches and buying file storage. Occasional notifications are fine, not every time I go into the app. I hope the Keeper team sees this. I think these are simple fixes and I’m sure I wouldn’t be the only benefitting from them.

bait and switch / a liability

said i could keep using it without backup, but it wouldn’t let me. said i could get a discount, didn’t give it to me. i have a bunch of passwords in there; they made me buy a lot of other stuff i don’t need by holding my passwords hostage. unbelievable... Edit: wouldn’t let me delete one of my passwords. Finally deleted this app.

Great app with great support

Keeper is a fantastic app with web access too. I had a problem with the app not syncing and submitted a service request. The reply was returned very quickly with clear instructions that worked. Thank you

Excellent app

I use keeper almost daily as an easy way to copy and paste my complex passwords into login forms. This not only makes it worry free when having to remember passwords but also encourages you to create more complex passwords which increases your overall personal cyber security. Works very well with Face ID integration as well. Can’t recommend enough! -Zach, cyber security technician by trade.

I don’t know what you people have done to this app but it simply does not work anymore. Canceling my subscription. Total garbage for the past 3 months.

Annoying

The app works Ok, but it constantly bugs you to get the paid version. And because of this it acts like it has a perpetual notification that you missed. To a person that has OCD like myself, this is constantly frustrating and I’m on the verge of deleting it because of this. If I clicked on the button that states I want to keep using the free version, you should stop asking if I want to get the paid version every single time I open the app.

Held my passwords hostage

I’ve used this app for years for free. I have hundreds of passwords saved. Out of nowhere it tells me that my “free trial” has expired and I would need to pay for an annual subscription if I want my passwords back. The app itself works fine, but the developer is pretty unethical.
