For some reason a few days ago I all of a sudden could not log in to the password keeper vault. Panicking because I use it daily, I sent an email to the support team at Keeper. I went through several levels because I knew I have a paid account it should be backed up. We emailed back and forth and the manager spent a lot of time trying to find this account. She found it but it was under a fat fingered email account. She was able to get me in, correct the email account and all my data is there. They are amazing. I have been in tech support for over 25 years and would consider this team excellent.

I recently had a personal issue with logging in to Keeper with my master password. I emailed support and they were supper helpful! Jeyson, from the support team, walked me through changing my password and getting me back into my account. He promptly answered any questions I had. I, strongly recommend this app, not only for its usefulness, but also for their great customer service! Thank you, Keeper tech team!

They take your money and then blackmail you info renewing to stop from losing all your passwords iOS will save all you passwords for free I was a customer for years, they setup their products so you have to keep paying every year so you don’t lose your stored info. Just use Apple IOS to store your passwords it’s free

This app has been a lifesaver with so many passwords to remember between work and personal accounts. Support is very helpful and responsive!!!
Changes have ruined the app

Suddenly the annual subscription price has tripled, and even when I authorize the new fee and subscription it doesn’t update, reset, or allow me to even add new passwords. They’ve just ruined their app. It was fair and a great app. Not so much anymore
