These days with the erosion of quality in service and product, it refreshing to receive great service from Keeper. Andy, the person who helped with my login questions was quick and concise with a solution. Not to mention, the product itself is super user friendly. Completely recommend this product.

Keeper is a well thought out app and so far has been most everything I have wanted in a password manager. When I needed support the response was prompt, courteous and competent. The browser interface is fast and equally easy to use.
No refunds - beware does not work well

I downloaded Keeper, thinking I had 7 days to try it. After 2 days I found that on a couple of websites, including my bank, Keeper’s auto-fill didn’t work. I tried this on Safari and Chrome neither worked. So, again thinking I had a trial period, I went to cancel my account and this was their response: “ And as per our terms of use, we do not offer refunds. If you want, I can disable your Auto-renewal so that you will not be automatically renewed for the next year. I do recommend Keeper, the other big secure password app works much better. Lesson learned.

I have used Keeper for a few years to maintain my passwords and truly think it is the best way to not worry about them! I upgrade phones and could not get Face ID to work, within minutes of requesting help I had it and problem fixed! AWESOME Customer Service

I’ve been using Keeper for a couple of years and recommended it to others. I have incorporated its use in our volunteer group as well. Love that it can work on multiple platforms; use it on both my PC’s and iPhone. I find it to be very reliable and have confidence in the app.

Have used for years! Recently had some tech issues logging in and I reached out to support. Francis got in touch with me within an hour and had resolved my issue! I not only love this app, I truly appreciate their incredible customer service!!! Thank you!!!

Went to access Keeper and my vault is empty. Waiting to hear from support but not happy since I need a password now.

OMG! The customer service is AMAZING! I was accidentally locked out of my phone therefore I could not receive the code in order to upload Keeper on my IPad so i emailed customer service and after a few emails back and forth (the security clearance on here was intense which i clearly appreciated for sure) but once i was able to confirm my identity they were able to reset my log on so that i was able to log on from my ipad! Now i can get my password for my phone!!! I have been with Password Keeper for a while and I totally recommend them for your password needs! It was the customer service for me! Customer Service rep Jeyson AROCKS!!!!
