Predatory type tactics. Constantly wanting you to upgrade and when your subscription expires they raise the price and make the app difficult to use until you pay the higher price

The Tech team at Password Keeper is the most responsive group that I’ve ever dealt with. My question was answered quickly and the solution offered was spot on. I’ve used similar products and have never had this type of sterling service!!!

If you try to cancel this service, you are told to email an account that the system says is inactive or you should submit a random form. There is no direct way to deactivate your account without speaking to someone. If you try to call the number on a weekday, you receive a message that says they are closed. This is quite alarming considering the fact that this service ends up getting all of your personal information.
Keeper login issues

After a series of failed attempts to access my Keeper account , I was able to connect with Andy via telephone and she was able to get my access issue resolved. I really appreciated the time she took with me troubleshooting the problem and resolving the issue! Great job!
There’s nothing better than the Keeper Team!!!!

I have been a Keeper customer for a very long time and believe me when I tell you, the Keeper app and the outstanding Keeper team is like hitting power ball!! The Keeper app and the Keeper team is like a dream come true!! They called me the day after Christmas which happened to be a Sunday! They don’t ever give up no matter how small or how big the task is! I can go on and on but I will refrain only because you might get tired about how outstanding all concerned really are. All I can say is, THANK YOU! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! Ron D.
Two Factor Codes needs work

The app does not provide a way to sign up for two factor codes by uploading a picture or punching in the keys. You need to login from some other device or sign in on a web browser to do the same ?♂️.

Got a new iPad for Christmas….everything moved over easily but I couldn’t get the Face ID to work. Within an hour of contacting customer support they had sent back step by step instructions to get it working. Very impressed! Have been using Keeper for years and it does give me a sense of security being able to have different passwords for every app.

For reasons I won’t explain, through my own fault, I couldn't get into the app to get my passwords. I didn’t think I would be able to get support on New Years Eve but I did. They solved the problem. Thank you!
