Confusing layout

There are stories buried under other stories. The organization makes no sense and sometimes I miss big stories because they’re buried somewhere I wouldn’t think to look. Also, many stories are video only. I can play videos at work but want keep up on interesting news.

News is good but I immediately exit site when audio begins!!! Continues; apparently comments me nothing. And when I didn’t want rate, site wouldn’t let me say no. Errr

Used to be easy to see local and national news. Now is a mess to find anything. Same stories are on for days at a time.

I have used this app for years now and it just keeps getting worse. Cluttered interface that is unorganized. The worst part however is the full screen pop up ads every 5 seconds. I see the ads inline I don’t need them in my face full screen. Very intrusive and off putting. It actually makes me want to consume the advertised product less because now I have associated it with inconvenience and nuisance. Uninstalling the app and finding a new local app maybe WHO.

The ads just keep playing full screen on my phone. Can’t even scroll for a second without an ad playing. Very frustrating.

How about every time I open it you don’t have a pop up ad for service legends, etc. I know you can close it but it’s annoying. And the constant auto play of whatever is coming to Des Moines. Click and see. Get it? WHO13 doesn’t do that! Just saying. Otherwise I like it. Ease up on being pushy with the advertising

I have learned to not click on the article because there is always a very loud ad that happens before I can read. I am not able to use in most places. Ads are acceptable for your free service but not audible. Annoying! I have an app from a TV station in NM and that is absolutely not the case. Wish yours was much more similar to KOB.

Pop-up ads appear continuously and are extremely annoying. Many stories stay on their website for months.
