Complicit in trying to divide and is becoming more and more political each day by pushing a liberal ideology. Filled with false narratives and does not believe in true journalism. Terrible

Each time an article is viewed it returns to the beginning. Scrolling through the same crap is annoying. Takes forever, then phone dies! Also the home page icon looks like it was cut out with left-handed scissors. The paper line graphics are fuzzy and choppy. Upgrade your tablet or program for real.☹️

Shorter ads. Like when can exit after 5 seconds but 30 second ad too long. Need written for stories rather than just few lines & video. Only Check once a day as not changed much. More local news. Weather ok.

Every time so far when I try to use the App to watch the afternoon broadcast, I either get a replay of the morning news or a loading screen. I’d say out of watching in the work week I get like cry and get the afternoon news 1-2 times. When this happens as it has been very often, I switch to the WHO-TV app and watch their afternoon broadcast, as theirs always plays with no problem...

Too busy by design to cover up the fact there is very little real news content, which gets repeated over & over as you scroll through. And “news” items are left on there for months for the obvious purpose of giving the appearance that there is more news content than there really is.

This app is terrible. Many of the titles are cut off of the headline stories such that you can't read the whole thing- even when you're on the page specifically for that story. Then the transcript is cut off also which makes it impossible to just skim the news when you don't want to sit and watch videos all day. There are lots of ads that pop up when you open the app. You have to watch an ad for about 15 seconds before you can watch the video clip you wanted to see. Half of the time the app crashes between the ad and the video, but if you make it through the video, it still crashes after that frequently. Hate that I have to literally click on national news to see anything that isn't local. Seems like users should be able to set preferences. Overall it's a glitchy, poorly designed app that I very much dislike.

Hate the video stories and video ads. I want to READ the news - ya know, with words. I also hate when a notification comes through and you swipe to read the story and there's nothing there. And just for the record if you're listening KCCI, I'm sick of your nonstop reports about sex abuse, sexual assaults, etc. I won't even turn the TV news on anymore because my kids don't need to hear about that constantly. Pick another kind of crime to report on.

I enjoy the news updates but dislike the introductory ads on each story. If you had a way to see that a story had been reviewed, then not show that ad (whether for KCCI or a sponsor) again, it would make me check the news more often.

Horrible. Forces you to rely on other news channels. Who ever designed this app may have better luck once they graduate first grade. Let me know when you do.
