I bought just one outlet to test it out, I didn’t wanna waste money if it was crap ??♀️ I absolutely LOVE it!!! I found myself moving it around ? so I just ordered a set of four.

Have numerous bulbs, plugs and switches. All work perfectly. Love presets and ability to change things at home from camp. Worth every penny.

First time re-re-reviewer
It’s simply working great to do what we needed, 1 week now. Turning on and off an electric fence for the goats and a heat lamp for the kids that keeps the night vision camera from working well. Had trouble get each of the two to connect, but they’re on now and there’s a decent chance the issue was with me or our network.
So close...easy to go from 1 to 5 stars

I have no choice but the rate this one star because the developers have built in a nonsensical limitation. That is, you can only have three “smart actions”, which is a combination of scenes programmed to take place at a given time, activated. It makes no sense that they limit to three active “smart actions” and kind of eliminates the value of this whole system if you can’t automated it to do things. You can set up an unlimited amount of scenes (e.g. turn on light x). You can set up an unlimited amount of smart actions (e.g. run scene x at time y). However, you can have only three of those smart actions activated at any one time. I contacted them and they said nothing explanatory except that it’s a limitation they put in place. It’s so frustrating and there’s no reason for it.

I tried quite a few wifi dimmers and these are the first ones that handle dimming all the way down without me having to source new bulbs. Great interface and usability! Have 3 already and will be buying more! Great product!

This product has to be one of the simplest to install and hook up on Wi-Fi. I am extremely impressed with how one switch can control so many other products. And believe me if I can do this on the computer and you can handle the installation of each switch and or plug by just following the simple directions. I have an electrical background so it makes it easier for me to handle that end. The computer end, not so much. The only thing I wish they offered is a ceiling fan light switch, in other words a Wi-Fi switch that will control both the ceiling fan and a light on the same switch. Other than that absolutely love the product.

I love the KASA Smart App, but I sure wish there was the ability to move devices listed into any order you like instead of only alphabetical. I would like to be able to move frequently used devices to the top of the list and/or put devices in the same room next to each other. KASA, please consider adding this very common functionality to this app.

After the new iOS 14.4 update, the app disconnects all day. I keep deleting, then installing. On my iPad/iPhone. Do not recommend at this point.
