I haven’t had these for very long but they are awesome. I wish they had a light switch but I am going to use them for my backyard porch lights so I don’t have to put a light switch outside the house in the backyard or run wiring to the bottom floor of my two story home. These are capitalism at its best.

This app is pretty much perfect in operation. It’s so nice to be able to control power of hidden and hard-to-get-to components. The power consumption data is eye-opening. One request: Kasa needs WAY more device icons to choose from!

I have used several brands and none compare to these. Schedule setting is intuitive, user friendly and a breeze to set up. They automatically appeared in my Alexa app. You can control your lights at home from anywhere using the app. If you are in an area that routinely loses power like I am these connect back up automatically to WiFi without you doing anything. I can not recommend this brand and their app enough. Five hearts & five stars !

Nice that they do not need an expensive hub. Playing with the colors is nice and it is cool it works with the iPhone Kasa app.
Easy to set up and use

My Son recommended for us to purchase the Kasa outlets. All you do is plug your light into the plug and plug in wall. That’s it! Download the App and you set it up. Love it!!! If I can do it anyone can!!
Need app improvements

The switches work perfectly but the app needs updates. Away mode never works. It just fails. Timer mode same problem doesn’t works. Devices should be able to share in different accounts. For example if I want to share 1 of my 10 switches to someone I can. Also needs compatibility with apple home kit. It should be able to integrate it.

Bought two smart plugs down loaded the app. Configured the plugs and tested it out in less than 15 minutes. I’ll add cameras in the future.
