Happy Camper

Have enjoyed these plugs for almost two years and besides occasionally losing connection to my wi-fi, I have no complaints. Easy to setup and maintain. I would recommend this product to others and have done so in the past.

Buggy App Release

Derf64

Like other reviewers have pointed out, lately the app is slow, freezes and crashes. It actually crashed iOS on my iPad! I rarely ever see that happen with any apps, and I have a lot of them. TP-Link: Please fix & release an update ASAP!

Loved it until the last update

1luckylibra

I loved this app and product until the last update. Now it’s much harder to choose the brightness in the schedule which doesn’t matter anyway because it never works. I’ve reinstalled and tried numerous ways of doing the schedule and it no longer works. I had really enjoyed this feature of having my light slowly turn on in brightness levels before I needed to wake up but now it doesn’t work :(

Great App and Devices

Kayla1368

I love how easy the app and devices work. I do wish that the company would consider making a diy home alarm system as that would complete my smart home.

Easy to install

RainRoc

OMG!! This is the best EVER!! First I installed it myself , (and I’m the 1st to admit I have a few screws loose in my head) OMG!! And it works! And it works ALL THE TIME! 5+ stars!! Yippie Yay!!

No HomeKit ?? Maybe Siri Shortcuts — HAH! ??

Retro-Classic-Rover

Update: Looks like TP-Link engineers and developers can’t handle HomeKit — HAHAHA!!! Chances are... they probably can’t handle Siri Shortcuts as well. AMATEURS!!! Ok, July is now coming to a close, yet there’s still NO HOMEKIT update!!! What the hell TP-Link/Kasa??? Do you think you can stop using interns and use real developers who can do their job??? ? Also, seems like there are so many fake reviews with 5 stars with the same typical review. Yeah, sure I’ll believe all of them /s So it’s already June and there’s still no HomeKit update after announcing it in January. Honestly think these guys are crooks. They just want to get everyone’s money by “announce” HomeKit support, yet don’t follow through. Not buying anymore of their products! ?
