Amazing app

This app has literally helped me diagnose myself without seeing a doctor and they ask relevant questions to what you're feeling and see how comparable you are with people dealing with the same things.
Need to cancel subscription

The app itself is overall very helpful and well made. The only issue is the cancelling the free trial. I tried talking to a doctor on here and it just didn’t work for me so I don’t want to continue using that particular service but there is no obvious way to cancel. I’ve sent 2 emails and get nothing back except and automated message saying they will get back to me within 24 hours. It’s been days and nothing. Handle this and it’s a 5-star app.

This app would be so much better if it had a tab where you could cancel or talk to someone about canceling the membership. I’ve tried this app once and couldn’t get ahold of a doctor and now I can’t cancel my membership

The app was right on what was wrong with me. The app gave me three different assumptions what it could be and I went to the doctors and it was one of the assumptions.

Had flank pain- opened app and it helped me figure out what was wrong before I got to the doctor- in fact- this app was more thorough than the nurse practitioner I saw!!
