Barely got past the initial intake of the app before it crashed. It keeps telling me to try again later I guess that was it.
Takes forever and a year to get to the point

The amount of time it takes to figure something out or even ask the next question basically matches the time it’ll take to wait in an actual doctors office for a checkup. After every response or every other response I get a “Oops something went wrong try again”. And then it will start you all over and you have to play the waiting game ALL OVER AGAIN. It’s the most irritating thing ever. I assumed it was my WiFi connection so I switched to my cellular data and same exact issue. Now I can tell you for a fact my cellular data isn’t cheap, slow or lackluster so idk what’s wrong with this app. I want to keep trying but it stresses me out more than freaking googling the same side effects and getting told I’m dying from cancer

Can’t connect to server and isn’t on my end as webmd so works fine. Thumbs down Update... I understand that there are issues sometimes especially when servers are involved. I did try back again after an hour and it did work. At the time when you’re having health issues you want things to work immediately. I was quick to make a bad review and have since updated.

After the new update this app won’t work on my iPhone 11 please fix it.

Made a profile, put in symptoms, paid the $14 fee. App said “stay by your phone we will message you when your doctor is ready.” 1 hour later. No doctor. Called the support line, answering machine says no one is around to take my call. SCAM. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
My favorite app

This app has been a godsend for me. I don’t have health insurance and paying less than $50/year for unlimited access to a doctor at all hours has been amazing. I have had a handful of health issues and by chatting with a K doctor I have been able to handle the issues on my own without needing to visit the doctor in person and pay out of pocket. I highly recommend this app!

I’m trying to add all my symptoms but the app keeps freezing up and/or saying try again. I just updated the app too. I never had problems before the update, wish it wasn’t giving me problems now

I had to enter my medical information 3 times and all I received back was: you need to get an immediate attention from a robot. Waste of time for someone who is really in need. Shame on you. I am a federal employee, my wife is in labor and I simply chose this app since I don’t have much time for myself now. And this is what I got. Please don’t use this..

This garbage app won’t even let me log in anymore it even do anything at all on it do not download until they fix
