Super long process

Sick as I was this process took nearly 1.5hrs to complete. I was getting kind of aggravated that I had to text back and forth with doctor after already completing a long questionnaire. I wish I could’ve spoke to someone verbally. I’ve used other systems where I talk to them. Price was fair but I rather spend the extra to get it over with.

I took different tests with the same symptoms and it kept giving me different results it had, Congestion Heart Failure and then Bronchitis and then Respiratory Infection and then Anxiety so I pick to chat with a Dr. and it was unavailable in my state ?. So I went to a real Dr. and it was only a Sinus infection that built up and got worse. Be careful. Don’t trust this app.

This is a scam it charged my card twice. I never got to speak to a doctor. I have a sinus infection and need an antibiotic Levaquin. Worst app it freezes up on the last page when your supposed to speak to a doctor. Big scam

Waste of money for me

For mental health this didn’t work unfortunately, I was feeling depressed and having anxiety. I was told they can’t help with severe depression and offered links for “self help”. I feel like I should receive a refund because I could’ve googled self help for depression..

I have a long list of medical problems and a lot of my diagnosis aren’t on the app so I can’t add them like my lupus anticoagulant Sponge kidney And so much more too much to put on here

I’ve found that instead of going to Google and searching up all of my symptoms, finding out that I could possibly have some detrimental disease, using K Health removes a ton of the anxiety I face when I encounter a symptom that, more often than not, is not something to be super worried about. K Health is accurate and gives you possible results (not diagnosing you) after asking you an appropriate amount of questions about what you are feeling physically/mentally. Then, it teaches you about how people have gotten help based on what it determines you could be dealing with. I recommend to anyone who’s like me and gets anxiety over the smallest symptoms!

I was excited to check out this app as I wanted to see if it would have any more information beyond what my PA said when she guessed I had pneumonia. I would raise this review to 4 stars if it would add "crackling while breathing" as a symptom. If I had listened to this app instead of seeing a physician then it would have me believing I just had an upper respiratory infection.
