Freezing

This is a great app, but here lately it’s been freezing & shutting down , it won’t let me add any symptoms or anything

A few minutes into using this I realized I’d be better off just going to see a doctor or even just googling my symptoms. It doesn’t give good options for symptoms for instance it doesn’t have hot flashes on it. Secondly it only gives you a yes or no option to answer on a lot of questions including if you snore. I, for one, have no clue at all if I snore while sleeping because I’m asleep ??♀️?. Overall it needs major improvements.

If you Ever had something bothering you that you would never see a doctor about this is for you this app allows you to talk to a highly educated friend that can give you information to a regular check up to a hospital visit if you don’t wanna leave your house or not pay for a doctors visit this app is for you.( to the people who made this app) thank you, I have lots of stomach pain in the night and the app taught me what to do and if I should see a doctor or not again thank you!!!!

I was checking on symptoms I have on chest pain and it asked me “what areas does it hurt?” And I pressed “select areas” and the screen just goes white in the app... I have no clue what’s causing it... (iPhone 7 plus) Edit: I fixed it, I logged out and logged back in.

If I could give zero stars I would! An absolute waste of time and they charge you right off the bat and to request a refund is a joke of a process!

I want to try this app out because doctor visits can be price and this seem like a good Alternative so right of the bat I payed $14 and I never talked to a doctor . I emailed and asked for A refund and guess what ? I’m still waiting for a reply
