Isn’t working

The app loads and opens take me to the Map directs me to clock a specific spot on the map, which I did. After that it takes me to pictures of different dinosaurs and prompts me to click a specific dinosaur and that’s where it stops working. We tap it as directed and nothing happens..... please help. My son is eager to scan his dinosaurs

Plz add a AR mode for the dinosaurs

I would give this a five but I just really want a AR so I could see dinosaurs in my on space plz add this in a future update.

App gets stuck on DNA intro screen where it asks you to tap on the first dinosaur. The app does not react to the tap and doesn't allow me to proceed. iPhone XR user and have installed it twice with no success.

At the start when i downloaded h the app it tells me to click on the leaf logo so i did and tells me to tap on that dinosaur but when i tap on it it does nothing

I downloaded the game for my son since he is just getting into collecting toys. Once I did so, it froze on the very first part when selecting the dinos. I wish they would fix the glitch I even tried deleting the app and redownloading it.

I’ve had this app almost since it was released and I’ve never had too many problems with it, asides from the occasional wrong fact. But, a short while ago I got a new phone and transferred all the apps from my old one to my new one. I never once opened the app during this time. I wanted to open it to add a whole bunch of new figures, but was stopped by the tutorial. Not unexpected on my part, I figured I would need to start over, but the problem starts here. I’m going through the tutorial and reach a roadblock on the second step where it wants me to look at a dinosaur info screen. Only, I can’t open it. Or anything else for that matter. I can’t even leave the tutorial or switch zones. It even shows me click the tabs, but nothing happens. I’ve tried restarting the app numerous times and even deleted then redownloaded it, but to no avail. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Wish I could tell you more about this app but we can’t get past the first “click here to tour the app”. And no update to be had.

I’ve attempted multiple times. Thought it was a phone issue... Had my phone checked out by Apple and turns out nothing is wrong. When downloaded it will not allow me to select the first Dino that mr.dna wants you to tap to meet all the dinos in the tutorial section. This bites seeing as my 3 year old is a Dino fiend. Please fix the bug so he can enjoy this app. I’ve heard many good things about it! I will update my review once the bug is fixed thank you! Also my wife attempted to download it and it is doing the same thing on her device! Update: Thank you for fixing the issue! My little man absolutely loves the app!
