This app does not work at all. I downloaded it and it will not do any thing. I tried to scan my sons dinosaur and mr. DNA does nothing!

We cannot get past Mr. DNA’s first part of the tour. It freezes. We have deleted it and downloaded again, but that didn't help.

My son was excited to discover the code under the dinosaurs foot so we downloaded the app. However, we can’t get past the tutorial with Mr. DNA. Once we select the suggested zone we can’t select any of the dinosaurs or anything else for that matter. Would appreciate guidance or a fix to this glitch. Thanks.
Unable to pass tutorial

We start the app and the tutorial is directing us to click on one of the dinosaurs but we can’t click on it. Every time we touch it, nothing happens so we can’t use the app.

Can’t get out of the tutorial. I’ve noticed numerous complaints regarding this topic and no resolution???

This app freezes after the third tutorial screen. There is no way to bypass this tutorial either. We have deleted the app and reloaded it four times with the same results each time. We have also turned off our iPad and restarted it to see if this would help - it didn’t.
JP3 Raptor, JP Dilophosaurus and Destruc a Saurus Dimetrodon are extinct!!!

Mattel cancelled these two Dino’s from the legacy collection and the other from Fallen Kingdom. You have to remove them because there’s only 192 Dino’s in the app, not 195! Please update this app to fix it.
Where did the videos go?

My son really enjoys this app. Be used to play it not stop and he was especially happy to see that there were videos to watch. However, a couple days ago the videos disappeared. I hope this will be remedied soon. Great job otherwise. ??

We downloaded this game and were so excited but we can’t get past the initial tour of the app. We can’t click on anything it just freezes.
