Scanning is horrible

Is there a way to fix or do something about the scanning? The magnifier makes it too blurry then the light makes it where you cant see the scan code. Its very frustrating.

I am giving 2 stars for now. Please, someone help me. Maybe I misunderstood the purpose of this app. I downloaded it in hopes that my 4 year old grandson could learn facts about his dinosaurs. I’m old and not too app savvy but it seems as though you need to already know facts (answer the quizzes) in order to move along. I’m assuming this will give some facts? We’ve tried the quizzes but lose more points than we gain. Would someone please help me figure this out. On a positive note, he does love the ability to scan the code and see the dinosaur.

The scanner only works on big Dinos. I have the iPhone 12 pro max and it will not register anything smaller than a trex. Super disappointed with this app. Please fix this.

The app is really good but it would better if you guys add a battle arena to make it more awesome. Because if you guys add the battle arena it will be better and the dinosaurs can battle.

My son collects the Jurassic World dinos but can’t scan any of the yellow DNAs. Very disappointing bc he has several that he wants to add to his collection but can’t.

My sons love the dinosaurs and this app. However, with the new iPhone 12 Pro Max, the app doesn’t focus correctly when scanning and it will not scan new dinosaurs. Please fix this. Others have reported the same issue but no fix yet.

I got the game because of my grab and growl indorapter I got for Christmas and I was doing some quizzes and I saw that the question: what dose spinosarus mean...I answered spine lizard which is correct right...nope...it’s actuly thorn lizard not spine lizard...other than that wrong answer the game is amazing...I would like for other Dino toy companies could be enclouded in the scan as I have no other mattel toys...also why is the indorapter classified as a purple compass???

So we stumbled on a temporary solution to the app not scanning smaller dinos, take a clear picture of the code with a different phone, then zoom in a little bit and scan the picture, hope that helps ?
