Keep having to delete and reload

My 8 yo son loves this but after a few weeks it won’t load up all the way. It’ll stop at 94%. When we delete the app and reload it he needs to rescan every Dino he has. This is such a pain. Please fix what ever is causing this problem. My tablet is up to date. I’m tired of the melt downs when he can’t use it.

This game is the best! The dinosaurs and videos are epic, especially the scorpios rex showdown. Also adult bumpy and scorpios rex are my best dinosaurs! And love the scorpios rex toys!
