I’ve tried to download this app on different devices and no luck with using it. Nothing works. Cannot click on any dinos and cannot maneuver app at all.
Amazing but can’t get through the 3rd part of the tutorial on phone.

No access on the iPad

We have this app on my android phone and the kids love it! It installs on the iPad fine but then gets stuck in the Mr DNA demo mode and won’t allow us to click on anything. So it’s pretty much a waste of time on our iPad. I’ve tried trouble shooting , deleting app, reinstalling, etc. I’ll likely just delete it for good. Too bad.
App not working past tutorial

Downloaded the app and it won’t go past the second part of tutorial where it wants to show you the first dinosaur. I have restarted my phone. Deleted app and reinstalled the app, nothing works. I have the newest iPhone Mini.
Doesnt even work!

Can’t get past tutorial that keeps asking for us to select a dinosaur but nothing is able to be selected. Very annoying!

My son was really excited about this app but it has some type of bug...and won’t let us use it or open anything in it.... soo disappointed!!
I had high hopes

I was very excited to download for my kids however, on the second screen after downloading where Mr. DNA instructs you to tap on a dinosaur the whole thing freezes up and you can’t do anything. I’ve tried deleting and downloading again and nothing changed.
Gets stuck

Downloaded this on my child’s iPad and constantly gets stuck at the Collection screen right at the beginning of the tutorial. It says to touch a dinosaur and nothing responds. Tried uninstalling and installing again and had the same problem. Frustrating!
