Keep having to delete and reload – Jurassic World Play Review

My 8 yo son loves this but after a few weeks it won’t load up all the way. It’ll stop at 94%. When we delete the app and reload it he needs to rescan every Dino he has. This is such a pain. Please fix what ever is causing this problem. My tablet is up to date. I’m tired of the melt downs when he can’t use it.
