I can scan Dino rivals and up but none from jurassic World please fix this

I am an 8 year old and I love Dino’s and JP, just 1 complaint some “facts” are not true fix the facts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just downloaded this app for the first time and when me. DNA gets to the first dinosaur in the tutorial it won’t let me click on anything. The hand points at the first dinosaur and when I press where it says to nothing happens and it doesn’t proceed.m further. I’ve tried resetting it and everything and nothing works.

App does not let me go through the tutorial. This issue needs to be fixed. Can’t even start scanning dinosaurs and use the app.

Downloaded the game on iPhone and samsung galaxy. On both phones during the tutorial it makes me go to see the dinosaur collections and then does not let me click to continue the tutorial. Disappointing after how much the toys cost.

Downloaded this app on both my iPad and phone and it still won’t let me get past the demo of islands. It won’t let me click on any of the dinosaurs.

My child recently downloaded this to try to scan his new dinosaur toys he got for his birthday. The app keeps freezing in the tutorial mode. We can’t turn off the tutorial or by pass it in any way and we can’t finish it to use the app.
