I liked this game a lot up until this month. Now the app doesn’t work properly with the ads they have to help with advancement. Every time I watch an ad the screen freezes and I have to delete and reinstall the app. This has been going on for a month. Kind of feels like a long time to get your game running properly again. And still not fixed.

I’ve tried for an hour to play this game. It loads up until 92% and then just sits there and does nothing. Therefore I can’t play the game. Have had no issue playing other games online. I’ll update my review if it decides to start working.
Fix the freezes. My favorite game.

i love this game and have been playing for over a year. It’s true that the developers have fixed certain bugs but the other day I was waiting for a video game to load and watch in order to spend only 10 energy bars and not 15. A message came up that there were problems with the video and they offered me 47 purple diamonds. When I accepted, I already had 270 purple diamonds which I was saving for a land expansion. They did gift me 47 diamonds but they eradicated the 270 that I had been already had. I think that’s unfair.

I love the game, I'm disturbed as I'd gotten to level 227. It now opens sometimes allows me to collect coins. When I go to play the screen shuts down. Please. Help me get full access to the game. I haven't been able to play since Friday evening. Thank you.
Why does it take so long?

I fell in love with this game because it is interactive. I love building my estate and trying to find out what is going to happen in the next scenes however it takes a very long time to acquire the materials needed especially the compasses to expand my territory. I understand your objective is to make money but this long process is not the answer. To master a scene I have to keep keep finding the same materials and then when I get a perfect score, repeatedly at times I might add I am not compensated with a compass or extra points or anything! I wish that when I went to visit someone I could tap on one of their items to view it as an example of what I could purchase when I get to their level. I am now getting bored. Plus I can’t rebuild the lighthouse to rebuild the wedding chapel to rebuild the boat because the videos keep stopping and I have to restart my iPad.

I love this game, and have a lot of fun. Except for all thr ads popping up. Right now I’m writing this because my game is stuck on an ad that won’t stop or let me move on! I’d much rather be playing, or reading up on something fun. I’d love to update and say that my problem is fixed, but it isn’t. I have done everything I was told to, but the ad still sticks for hours. It is the ad you need to click on to use 10 energy RN stead of 15. So irritating! Well here I am telling you not to try this game until they fix this problem! Thread still sticks for hours and that is no Fun!

Ad causes game to stop. You have to reboot your system to correct. This has been a problem for several weeks. Tried all suggestions including ensuring using current version. Does not happen on all ads. Update: Still issue with ad. Very frustrating. Developer needs to play the game and find the ad or ads that cause the game to freeze. Taking too long to correct.
