Love the workout not the app

I love the workout but the app itself is terrible. It takes atleast 30 minutes to generate the custom workout and the request times out. There is also a time delay between the various work outs. Would appreciate if this issue gets resolved.

I love the versatility and constant added features. I’ve never stayed on the bandwagon long like this because I get bored but JM’s app keeps me interested. I love being able to customize it to “no equipment” when I’m traveling away from my home equipment. I love being able to listen to my own music. This is for any fitness level!

Love Jillian’s quick efficient routines. They are challenging yet leave you with enough energy to go on with your day happily. I wish the interval times (especially cardio) could be changed by the user but the app is still fun none the less. Thanks for keeping the interface to a minimum as well as the simple ‘coaching’ (not cheerleading)which allows for mind/body experience. ?!!!

Amazing workout for moms!

I’m a working mom of two and have minimal time to work out. I’ve been using this app consistently since February (working out 4-5x/wk) and I’ve never felt stronger. I wake up 30 min earlier in order to get my workout in. Jillian is very encouraging and uplifting throughout her programs. I love that I can just choose a program (currently working the gauntlet) and it tells me what to do each day, I don’t have to look anything up or plan anything. Workouts change so you aren’t doing the same moves every week. If you are consistent you will be amazed at the results. Seriously this is the best at home workout but I’ve even taken it to the gym with me. I can’t say enough good things. She also includes meal plans which include a variety of tasty recipes. I definitely recommend!

I love JM! I guess why I Signed up is that I love her Videos that I own. I thought it would be similar..., I love how she verbally motivates you in her Videos. But on the app it is a totally different experience and it doesn’t motivate me... its good for people who are starting out. I also wished she would add Yoga , HIIT classes and just all hand weights class. I think it would be more well rounded. I signed up for a year which was a great deal. But I am unmotivated to keep it up. That’s partially my bad. I want Jillian Michaels video options too! ( the ones like 30 day fix)The real deal! Love her! Maybe they will add on that option eventually??


App layout needs major work.

Was hopeful at first, this program seemed very inviting. And seemed like it had a lot of variety and options. However compared to other programs this one really lacks. I don’t like the workouts being time based versus counted reps. My brain just focuses on how much time is left per interval and I don’t do my best. (This is really a personal preference thing). The menu seems okay. However it’s set up is terrible and WAY too many menu items repeat themselves too soon. I want way more variety. And I’d like to be able to easily glance at a week and see what I’m going to eat each day so I can plan and look forward to. It’s very very hard to go back days or swipe forward days to check out possible meals you may or may not want to try. I hate that the most. Overall, Sweat by Kayla Itsines far exceeds this program, and I went into this with an open mind and wanting to like it. It’s just not for me at all. Maybe if the meal plan was laid out better I’d still give it a try. Very poor app layout that needs work to be more simple and user friendly. Wouldn’t recommend.

Love it. Love it. Love it. This keeps me way more accountable than any gym ever did. Love that I get check marks on the calendar to show whether I completed a workout on that day or not. It helps me see the big picture instead of my typical “all or nothing” mentality.
