Great workouts, details still needed

I love this app and the workouts! I pay the subscription fee and would highly recommend it. It syncs nicely with Apple Watch and workout mode. Wish—there was a way to save where you are in a workout so just in case someone stops at your house or calls unexpectedly you do not have to start all the way over. The recipes are delicious! I don’t follow those often but I have tried a few! I agree with someone else there are only four songs on the app and they get old!

I usually only use the app for the workouts and to track my progress, not for meal planning (I’m more of a printed menu type of girl). However, I could not go to the gym anymore without this app. It Has become an absolute essential for me. What I would like to see is a way for me to easily compare my progress pics side by side! Other than that I am extremely happy with everything this app is accomplishing for me. Good job Jillian and team!

I have always loved Jillian’s workout methods. I have so many of her dvds but I would memorize them after a bit and get bored. With this app I get the variety I need to stay engaged, and on top of that I get to pick the music. Love it!

I’ve tried a bunch of them, and I can say Jillian and her crew have created the best health app. It’s more than an exercise app, more than a fitness log, more than a meal planner... it’s all of those things. And it’s the best at each of those things! I love the vegan recipes. I love the beach body workouts. And I love how motivating Jillian is. Her cues are spot on. Do the trial to see for yourself!

Love that I get what feels like an hours workout in 20 minutes. Always something different which makes it that much more fun and easy to do. Jillian encourages you the whole way. Before you know it workouts over. Such a wide variety of choices. Can’t say enough about it. Highly recommend!

I have told so many of my friends about this app. I have done Jillian’s workouts for years and really love how easy the app is to use, does not require a lot of equipment or space and you can take it anywhere with you. I love that she packs in max results for minimal time because who has extra time? Jillian is a no nonsense trainer that bases her fitness on science and facts, not trends. I have had minor issues with the function of the app itself. A couple of times I had an issue and emailed support and they got back to me pretty quickly. Those types of things seemed to have improves since i started using the app about 6 months ago. For the monthly expense it’s of great value. If you’re someone that needs to physically go to a class or gym to be motivated, this may not be your thing but I enjoy the convenience of not having to leave my home for my workout. And finally, above all else, I have achieved fantastic results, feel energetic and have added confidence.

Excellent for beginners

I started working out with free apps, and that worked for a while, but got very repetitive. You do have to pay for Jillian, but I think it’s worth it for lots of variation and beginner stuff. I like that she has a look of concentration on her face, like she is focused even on exercises that are very easy for her. I also like the way she talks to me. She says she’s proud of me. And hey, I’m proud of me too.

I was truly skeptical that I could get a real workout done in 20 minutes. Well, Jillian proved me so very wrong! I travel a lot so I needed something I could take on the go (no excuses) and also use as an add on to my long walks with my pup. I’ve improved my overall tone, strength and cardio and frankly this is a great deal for anyone who wants to jump start their fitness routine. Ive also tried a few of the recipes and they’re delicious too. I love the way that I can choose any of the preset workouts or concentrate on a particular area and time. Very well done app (you can tell Jillian reviewed every step of this process) with no glitches or problems. If I could give it 10 stars I would!!

I’ve tried multiple fitness apps: Kayla Itsines, Tone it Up... Neither come anywhere near Jillian’s as far as quality, customization and length of workouts. You can add various equipment to your workouts such as dumbbells, and you can set modes to beginner, intermediate etc.. There were a few bugs in the beginning but they seem to have been resolved. The only recommendation I have for delevopers is possibly tweaking the meal plans. I don’t know how anyone who works full time or has a family can realistically recreate these plans. Adding a meal prep how to would be super useful.
