You have the game rigged like a slot machine—you determine how many times a level needs to be played—-there is no skill. The higher levels require up to 30 lives. Your coins are totally worthless because the extra moves and items are so expensive. I also noticed that, on several levels, when I matched 4 items I never received my arrow. Also, I think it’s bull that you randomly decide where my purchased items will be placed. I’ve deleted your game because I’m not willing to pay you a dime.

I really like playing this game. I admit that when I get stumped at a level, I take a day or more break then come back. Today I was sailing along level 162 when I had one more square to blast and ran out of shots. I tried 4 times to purchase the $16.99 special for 99cents and I could not get the purchase to go through. I have never had an issue like this before. Very discouraging.
Just a little glitchy.

Great game but....on my iPad it refuses to load ads. I sometimes will watch them for extra credit but it says it is loading but never does.

Jewel crush you have SEEN all the bad reviews to the 6/13/2019 update which is the 2.7 version.... yet you do NOTHING and you don’t even respond to the complaints. Your rating has gone DOWN big time. So why do you keep it?! I’ll tell you why!!! You changed the game because you wanted MORE money from players. You didn’t change the game to appease us.... you only changed it to get more money!!!! If you truly cared about whether players enjoyed the game or not you would have taken the 2.7 version down! You lie to players about emailing them back, your greedy, your selfish, and you don’t care ! I’m spreading the online graphs that show how much players quit your game due to the crappy 2.7 version like crazy to prove you don’t care that you took the fun out of this game with the 2.7 version. You have also stole my money and never replied to me about it. To anyone paying for this game don’t do it.... you’ll be sorry!!!! Jewel crush only cares about themselves!!!

Why does your game freeze up? This has happened to me almost every day. Plus the level got impossible for me to win, so I started over. Then it froze up again. I am really disappointed in this game and will likely find another. Your loss.
I bought the package but Ads still come up

I bought the “no Ad” package TWICE and I still get Ads! Waste of money. How do I get my money back? Also- for some reason the top left corner of my game stopped being responsive so I’ve lost lives because I couldn’t move pieces on the top row left 3 pieces.

This has been one of my fav games until every time I try to watch a vid for extra coins. The app shuts down and cheats you out of bonuses and extra coins. I would not recommend this app to anyone.
