Awesome game but super frustrated

I LOVE THIS GAME MORE THAN ANY OTHER. I AM ON LEVEL 1276! I PLAY IT EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR-USUALLY MORE!!! Would have given it 5 stars but did not due to the following: It is very frustrating when you cannot win and have tried so many times you run out of coins to add lives and have to purchase packages. I know every level gets more difficult, and like many other comments indicate, it’s understandable that you need to run ads. I get that, it just is VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU CANNOT WIN W/O PURCHASES. I regularly purchase the $6.99 package. Finally, when I was using it up so quickly, I paid $1.99 for the weekly VIP deal and just noticed it indicates HERE that it’s $2.99; not $1.99 as it says when I purchased while in the game. Ads for extra coins DO NOT LOAD and I noticed EVERYONE tells you this. I saw your response yesterday to this comment from someone else indicating you’d fixed it. Hmmmm NOT FIXED FOR ME. ALSO....THE WEEKLY VIP DEAL DOES NOT NOT NOT REMOVE ANY ADS! As a matter of fact, the ads are LONGER NOW....all 30 seconds. I used to get a break at least SOMETIMES where ads were 5 or 15 seconds. What EXACTLY does the $1.99 (and I FULLY ANTICIPATE only being charged THAT amt weekly IF I don’t quit myself) rather than the $2.99 you “hide” in the app info.) Please advise. Again, this is “my” game and I don’t want to delete the app!

You show the game with the fish and when you download it’s not the same as advertised?? No explanation as the game continues in Level 90 still nothing like the advertisement.

Great game- love the puzzles and the variety of difficulty. Only issue is the game crashing. I’m at level 400 something and it crashes all the time now.

I absolutely love this game, but unfortunately I reached the level of 2100 and want to know how soon will the levels after 2100 will be available so I can continue to have fun?

Don’t get the items you pay for

Love the game but when I buy the 500 coin package the 500 coins are removed from account shortly after without being used. Wasting money.

At first the user experience was good. Fun game. No glitches. But over the last few weeks I have been noticing minor glitches. First it was once in a while but now it seems regular. I went VIP a couple of weeks ago and it’s gotten worse since then. The game suspends after watching an ad for a boost. So you have to restart and lose a life. Or when I login it won’t give me my VIP power ups. Today it didn’t give me the 3 extra +5 moves VIPs get per day. But the most frustrating thing is that their tower game on the weekends- resets. I was playing yesterday and made it to level 28. And then this morning At first everything was fine but I went back to the game a while later and the tower had reset back to 1. This happened to me once before too. It’s a shame because I truly enjoyed this but the glitches are making this a terrible game now.

Not getting all purchased items

I have made two purchases in the last two days and each time it did not give me all the items that came in the purchase there 2 items at the bottom of every game that show I have none available and I should have 2 of each . This has never happened until lately and it’s very upsetting

OMG. I wake up to this update that I didn’t ask for and so disappointed . It was my favorite game of all games until this morning. Now I’m SO disappointed that I don’t want to play it. I had infinity lives, coins, lucky wheel (that don’t exist anymore and I had so many bucks to use and didn’t even get a chance to spend them) I could change my characters clothes, go to the events and play when I was stuck on a level.) but now all that is gone. I am on level 1218 and not sure if I’ll ever get over this new update. What was y’all thinking about! Let’s tAke the fun from everyone. SO Disappointed!!! I would have rated y’all 5 but not after this update. The daily task is to watch ads now that’s impossible You may get to watch 1 or 2 sometimes most of the time it want let you watch ads so what’s the point in daily task if you can’t do them. I’m so disappointed and I really liked the game before the update. But now it’s totally not my favorite game anymore!!
