Too many bugs

So many bugs and glitches constantly after I watch an ad for a power up of spend money for more coins for more turns on a level. Ridiculous and horrible non existent support.

UPDATE: You ask for a screenshot of my “issue” so I send one and WEEKS GO BY! WHERE IS MY RESPONSE???? Tired of WASTING MONEY! I LOVE THIS GAME MORE THAN ANY OTHER. I AM ON LEVEL 1276! I PLAY IT EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR-USUALLY MORE!!! Would have given it 5 stars but did not due to the following: It is very frustrating when you cannot win and have tried so many times you run out of coins to add lives and have to purchase packages. I know every level gets more difficult, and like many other comments indicate, it’s understandable that you need to run ads. I get that, it just is VERY FRUSTRATING WHEN YOU CANNOT WIN W/O PURCHASES. I regularly purchase the $6.99 package. Finally, when I was using it up so quickly, I paid $1.99 for the weekly VIP deal and just noticed it indicates HERE that it’s $2.99; not $1.99 as it says when I purchased while in the game. Ads for extra coins DO NOT LOAD and I noticed EVERYONE tells you this. I saw your response yesterday to this comment from someone else indicating you’d fixed it. Hmmmm NOT FIXED FOR ME. ALSO....THE WEEKLY VIP DEAL DOES NOT NOT NOT REMOVE ANY ADS! As a matter of fact, the ads are LONGER NOW....all 30 seconds. I used to get a break at least SOMETIMES where ads were 5 or 15 seconds. What EXACTLY does the $1.99 (and I FULLY ANTICIPATE only being charged THAT amt weekly IF I don’t quit myself) rather than the $2.99 you “hide” in the app info.) Please advise. Again, this is “my” game and I don’t want to delete the app!

The game is fun for my grandson and I to have fun to play together. We just started playing this game. We haven’t had ads yet so I reserve my opinion to come back to update my review. Ads have started popping up now but are short. You can “X” out of most of them but some of them take you to the AppStore! This is ridiculous! When playing a game you don’t want to go to the store, you want to play a game! Waste of time and energy in my opinion. I am having a major problem signing into Facebook! It refuses to let me! Do NOT promise someone extra coins, especially someone who’s playing with a younger child, extra coins when it won’t let you sign in! I’m signed into the internet too before you ask that question! There’s times when you have to double tap on play or continue. No other games are like this. I’m taking back my first opinion of the game. If my grandson agrees, we will probably be deleting this app and finding a different game to play together.
Great until the political ads started

This was my favorite game until they started with the Trump political ads. They are one-sided and excessive. I wish we could do things now days without involving politics into it.
