I bought the package but Ads still come up – Jewel Crush®- Match 3 Games Review

I bought the “no Ad” package TWICE and I still get Ads! Waste of money. How do I get my money back? Also- for some reason the top left corner of my game stopped being responsive so I’ve lost lives because I couldn’t move pieces on the top row left 3 pieces.
