I love jetBlue and their planes interiors are redone and fabulous! I only use the app to book flights, make seat choices and changes if necessary. The app is easy and I book without holding for a representative, it takes only 3-5 minutes with jetBlue app and Im done!

Performing “all travel related” functions from the app and your hand held device makes flying a breeze. Only other requirement is your iD. Now if we can get that on your phone!!

It would be nice if the all the screens on the planes worked. If they turn off you can’t reconnect. But I love JetBlue!
JetBlue has been going down hill for awhile now

Your app and website are close to useless and leave many customers feeling helpless. My most recent flight has been changed twice and currently shows departure and arrival times a good 3 hour difference between the app and website. I’ve refreshed, shut my device off and on, waited hours to try again...and I have no way of asking what the actual covid testing requirements are..they just offer an option making it sound like JetBlue will take care of it but actually are charging well over double of what it costs them. Cost is more than my flights to and from Aruba from Boston...and the help page just shows an error..

Booking is so slow, needs to load constantly, and works poorly. Signing in doesn’t register and the seat selection freezes.
