I’ve had the app for roughly a month now and if you’re looking to change or manage your flight through the app like they advertise on their calls and website, don’t plan on it functioning as well as it should. You can only see your flight that’s booked, but if you’d like to weigh options like changing dates an error message always appears. Go online to make any changes or adjustments and you’re better off. The only perk of having the app is to access your boarding pass faster.

Lagging, freezing, crashing. Have no idea how it’s rated 4.9. Love jet blue won’t fly anything else.

Love every time I get to fly JetBlue. It’s like first class but not paying first class pricing. Can’t wait to book my next flight

The internet always works! Today was a terrible day!!! I book my flights with JB because I need to be connected at all times, yet today I really don’t know what happened. Also the flight attendants were rude - something very uncommon too! Was this a bad day to flight???
