Jet Blue has been my preferred method of traveling. The app is so user friendly that I’ve never had a problem. The staff is great and very helpful to an older travelers who need assistance. I recommend Jet Blue to everyone!!

I had trouble locating my flight info as I was never sent a confirmation I could find on my email so I had no confirmation #. And I could not located my true blue #. Entering a SS# to find things would be nice.

Jetblue is great but one thing to improve

To support Covid related efforts, it would be nice if we can checkin online & have no contact. Checkin asks for destination without offering/considering that the Jetblue destination could be just a connecting stopover of few mins. Please add that option.I know it is not new & your agents at counter have that ability but trying to avoid any contact. On last two flights, the automated system at airport did not work despite Jetblue agent trying to help everyone.
