So frustrated!
A frustrated google user
When I want to look at “My Trips” and click on the trip info, 1/2 the info is blocked by these huge airport call letters. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times but I always get the same problem. When I tried to reach out to JetBlue they just tell me there is nothing they can do. I’ve had it with them and this app. It’s too bad because I travel to a lot of JetBlue destinations. Ugh!!!

The worst app I’ve ever had! Can’t sign in Can’t reach tech support. I’m a mosaic member on jet blue and this app is unacceptable!!!!

The app as well as their website is horrible. Slow and error ridden. It takes me at least 5 tries to ever book a trip. They need better IT.
Can’t add future trip

Have tried to add my future trip with the confirmation number and my last name to no avail. I have even tried my full name, last name then first name and nothing. Can this app get any worse?
